TOP 20 HEALTHIEST FOOD



After my sister was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer early this year, I was a bit traumatized. I was there when the doctor confirmed based from the ultrasound result that it was cancer. We were shocked. But right now, she'll be having her fourth of eight chemo therapy this July.


From then on, I can't help feeling afraid of getting sick. I just can't. It's different when you already have a family of your own. You can't be sick. You have to be healthy for them.


When I saw this book at National Bookstore one day, I bought it immediately so as to guide me on how to live life longer.
